What is Internet@ TV?
Internet@ TV is a feature available on a range of Samsung HDTV’s including the soon to be releases B9000 range, of which the UE46B9000 is part of. Basically what Internet@ TV does, as merge online content with live TV broadcasts in realtime, so you can check things like the weather or news headlines, while watching your usual TV programs. The merging of content is acheived by means of “Widgets”, that can be positioned on the screen, and selected to view the content using your remote control.

Connecting the UE46B9000 to the network
You can connect the Samsung UE46B9000 to your network by a number of methods. The best by far is with the optional Samsung Wireless LAN adapter, which simply plugs into the USB 2.0 port at the back of the UE46B9000, and then connects to your wireless router.
You can also connect the UE46B9000 to your network with an Ethernet cable, by plugging one end into the LAN Port on the back of the HDTV, and the other end to your Modem/Router. Although this method works, it means you will have a cable to hide, which is not ideal. I think that the wireless option is by far the best.
